Terms of Website Use
Accessing and browsing this website = ‘using the site’. Please read this page before using the site; by using the site, you confirm you have accepted these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
Intellectual Property Rights
Nigel Newton Photography owns all images and text on this website, and all content is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. Downloading, reproducing, printing, copying, in any way, without the prior written permission of Nigel Newton Photography is forbidden.
Payment Methods
You can use any credit or debit card to pay via Stripe, the industry standard secure on-line payments system. It is not necessary to have an account with Nigel Newton Photography in order to make a payment.
Alternatively, bank transfers can be made in some cases.
Booking & Payment
Workshops are paid in full during the online booking process unless otherwise stated. An email will be sent to you to acknowledge your order and payment.
Cancellation of Booking*
The client may cancel their own booking in writing up to14 days before the workshop commencement date.(See note below for exceptions.) A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this time. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop date will be liable for the full workshop fee.
Workshop Cancellations by Nigel Newton Photography
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop. You will be contacted as soon as possible if this occurs, and offered either a full refund (see note below for exceptions)* or a transfer of any payments already made to an alternative workshop run by Nigel Newton Photography.
Workshop Adjustments
We will always endeavour to fulfil the described workshop, but reserve the right to make necessary changes on occasion due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. certain weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial disputes, bereavement, or internet failure during an online workshop, etc.) If this unlikely event does arise, then you will be contacted and offered either an alternative date or workshop or a full refund. (Please note that workshop details may sometimes change on the day if certain light or weather conditions present themselves, in which case you will still receive full tuition).
Personal Risk and Responsibility
Nigel Newton photography will accept no responsibility for injury or damage received by participants or their property during a photography workshop. Clients take part at their own risk and it is recommended that they have their own personal insurance.
