Workshop Cancellations by Nigel Newton Photography
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop. You will be contacted as soon as possible if this occurs, and offered either a full refund or a transfer of any payments already made to an alternative workshop run by Nigel Newton Photography.
We will always endeavour to fulfil the described workshop, but reserve the right to make necessary changes on occasion due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. certain weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial disputes, bereavement, etc.) If this unlikely event does arise, then you will be contacted and offered either an alternative date or workshop or a full refund. (Please note that workshop details may sometimes change on the day if certain light or weather conditions present themselves, in which case you will still receive full tuition).
