Terms & Conditions

  • Prints are available with either an incorporated, printed signature or a border with 'Nigel Newton Photography' printed within the border. Canvases would have Nigel's signature on the front of the canvas.

  • The photographs throughout this website are uploaded in a low resolution; all prints, etc. will be printed in as high a resolution as possible to maintain high quality production.

  • Please note that once an order for a print or other media has been placed, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds as prints are made individually to order.

  • All payments must be made upon ordering.

  • All photographs used throughout the Nigel Newton Photography website are subject to Copyright and can only be used or reproduced with permission of Nigel Newton.

  • Photographs are not available for resale unless agreed otherwise.​
